What we collect

Your first name, email, optional phone / WhatsApp number, French level, days and times of availability, location choices, class frequency, budget ranges, priorities and any note you choose to provide. We also record a submission identifier, creation and update dates, submission status and a source label if included in the page link.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the optional note. The service does not ask for your home or work address.

Why we use it

We use your preferences to assess compatible demand, look for suitable French class options and contact you about possible matches. Ardurel does not guarantee a match. We do not subscribe you to newsletters or use your submission for behavioural advertising.

Who may receive it

Authorised people operating Ardurel and technical providers needed to host the website and database may process information for these purposes. Hosting is designed for Cloudflare Pages, with the submission database on Supabase in the Paris (eu-west-3) region.

[Confirm the actual hosting entities, processing locations, contracts and any international-transfer safeguards before launch.] Sharing named student details with a school is not part of this MVP. If introduced, the recipients and lawful basis must be explained before such sharing.

How long we keep it

Submission retention: [set a justified retention period and the deletion procedure before launch]. Information should be deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

Your browser stores your draft, submitted summary and a private editing token to let you resume and edit. These expire after 30 days of inactivity and are removed the next time you open the form. You may also clear your browser’s site data at any time; doing so does not delete a submission already held by Ardurel.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. To make a correction or deletion request, contact [privacy contact email]. We may need information to verify that the request relates to you.

You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and tracking

The MVP uses necessary local browser storage for form progress and editing. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics or marketing cookies. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made from your submission.
